Welcome to Funrec Background Audio Journaling App. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and the choices you have.

The app is designed to be simple and private. It collects no personal information by default. However, it requires the following permissions to function:

We do not collect or share any personal data. The permissions are used only to:

• Capture audio from your microphone when you start a recording
• Show a persistent notification while recording in the background for transparency and control
• Save recordings only inside the app's private file directory (internal storage)
• Allow you to manage, playback, and export your recordings at your discretion

Recordings are not stored in public device storage or shared automatically. All audio processing happens locally on your device.

The app does not share your recordings or personal data. Funrec does not display ads or collect data for advertising purposes. Your recordings are never shared.

Your recordings remain private in the app's internal storage directory. They are not accessible by other apps unless you explicitly choose to share them.

If you uninstall the app, your saved recordings may also be deleted unless you have exported them manually to external storage.

The app is for general audiences and does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page will always reflect the latest version.
